Propper started the festival with Pierre-Luc Moeys, owner of Oriole9 Restaurant in Woodstock and Yum-Yum Noodles in Kingston and Woodstock. The free festival runs on the third Thursday of each month from May to September at 1776 Route 212 near the Saugerties-Woodstock line. It opens at 3:30 p.m. and closes at 9 p.m.
